
We are making lots of CMS end of the year plans, and we wanted to keep everyone in the know. Attached, you will find a flyer that lists dates for end of the year activities.
Also, our CMS state testing schedule is:
April 18 & 19 - Virtual Student State Testing
April 22 - ALL grades English test
April 23 - 8th grade Writing Test
April 24 - ALL grades Math test
April 25 - 8th grade Science test


- Attached are the weekly events for the week of March 25.
- Talent Show auditions are after school on March 26 & 27 (just come to ONE day). You must have an act ready. Acts don't need to be perfect, but they MUST be more than just an idea.
- 2023-24 Oklahoma Promise Scholarship information was shared with all 8th grade students last week. Each student received the application flyer with online enrollment information. If prefered, paper applications are also available in the counselor's office.
- The spring Youth Art Show will open on March 30 at the Price Tower. Opening reception is on Mar 30 from 1-3pm.

There will be a DISTRICT JOB FAIR on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the high school cafeteria commons. Enter north of the Freshman Academy entrance, which is north of 18th Street and Shawnee Avenue.

Reminder that 8th Grade students will be attending the Junior Achievement Tulsa Career Fair & Lunch tomorrow, Wed, Feb 28 - 9:15-2:30pm. We will be eating lunch in Tulsa. Students may bring a sack lunch or money to purchase food at Mother Road Market food hall.

TONIGHT, Monday, 2/26/2024: Bartlesville Math & Science Night at Madison from 6-8:30 p.m. for all area 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and their parents. Come enjoy STEM activities and prizes with free pizza and cookies! Sponsored and facilitated by ConocoPhillips.

CMS Events week of Feb. 19


2024-25 Class Registration for 6th to 7th AND 7th to 8th grade will take place this week in students' Hemisphere classes.
Enrollment packets will be sent home with each student before the end of the week.
Please go over the enrollment packet with your student; once you have made final decisions about next year's courses, you will enter that information into the student PowerSchool account.
The PowerSchool registration window will only be open for 2 weeks to enter course selections, so please be on the lookout for the enrollment packet!
